Dr. Ahmed Al-Thenayyan, the Deputy Minister for Technology Industry and Digital Capacities, emphasized this initiative as part of the 2020 action plan. “We aim at attracting, incubating and developing minds and skills in ICTs,” he noted, leaving no doubt about the Kingdom’s ambitious digital transformation goals.
