Thanks to this newfound tech, consumers can now uncover the fascinating journey of their fish. Each Cermaq salmon product is adorned with a CV and QR code that reveals:

The fish’s origin
The hatch date
Freshwater facility information
Size at transfer to seawater
Seawater farming details
Health records including vaccinations
Feeding practices
Harvest date
